Month-Of Coordination
For clients who have planned their event but need expert assistance in the final stage, this package offers a seamless transition to execution. We partner with you 8 weeks before your event, finalizing details to ensure flawless execution. Our support includes coordinating vendor logistics, managing décor setup and breakdown, and much more. This streamlined approach ensures a stress-free experience and a successful event that will exceed expectations.

Our month-of package is our baseline service but it has many services included that you would find in a traditional day-of package. In additional to executing and managing all the details on event day, we start prepping and organizing with you 2 months out to ensure everything goes smoothly!
Yes! We recommend our clients utilize the Partial Planning package if they have multiple locations on their event day schedule.
Anywhere! If your event venue is more than 30 miles from one of our home bases, we can discuss travel details.
Each of our packages have a series of included formal meetings, but we are always available via email for any one off needs or questions you have during the planning process. You can also set up a phone appointment using our meeting scheduler to chat through event details.
You are assigned a point of contact when a package is booked. We have a team of expert planners that are available to jump in at any point as well to provide support during the planning process and on event day.
We provide complimentary planning consultations to discuss our options and any questions you have. We can help recommend the best service for your needs, and customizations and upgrades are available via our a la carte options. Yes! We have partners in each market that we can recommend for all budgets, events and styles.
We always love a personal touch! We can help with your personal items from sourcing to setting up! Personal decor items are something we address in our planning meetings! We also work on to-scale floorplans to ensure all event rentals and decor, and ensure there is adequate remaining space for the party!
A service included in all our packages involves confirming vendor services as outlined in the proposal or order the client has confirmed. One less thing to worry about before your celebration! Our partial and full packages enhance this service further by reviewing proposals upfront for the client prior to signing and paying deposits.
All our packages include full day onsite event coordination. We will manage vendor arrival and set up!
